HIFU
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound
Technology Explained
3D-HIFU is the latest technology to target specific focused areas of fat in the fastest possible treatment time. Focused ultrasound waves are delivered to precise depths to cause Necrosis of the fat cells. The high frequency of the ultrasound wave, results in rapid heating of the focal zone under the skin (leaving the skins surface unaffected), causing cellular friction. Exposing the cells to this high temperature causes rapid cell death (Necrosis). The damaged cells are disposed of through the lymphatic system which continues for up to 3 months.

The treatment can target various depths of the body's tissue for skin tightening, skin lifting and body contouring. This non-invasive procedure targets the deep layers of the skin in order to boost new collagen production and collagen regeneration right at the source.
For HIFU Body the results can take up to 2-3 months as your body naturally regenerates collagen, the average reduction of the treatment area after one session is typically 2-4cm. For HIFU Face a noticeable improvement in your facial contouring and fine lines and wrinkles will be visible within a 4 week period, whilst further improvement in facial skin tightening and wrinkles will be reportedly seen up to 6 weeks post treatment.

What areas can be improved with 3D-HIFU?
This treatment is great for busting those unwanted stubborn pockets of fat. Recommended areas are typically: abdomen, flanks, hips, thighs and buttocks. This treatment is also recognised for its amazing face lifting results.
Course
This is a one off treatment, it can be repeated after 4 months.
After Care
Heat treatment must be avoided 2-3 days before and for 1 week after HIFU - including sunbed, sauna and steam. Avoid going to the gym for 5-7 days after treatment.
Cavitation, RF and shockwave can be performed 1 week after HIFU, unless side effects are still present.

Fat Freezing
Technology Explained
3D-Cryofreeze is a unique non-invasive treatment using a combination of electro and cryo therapy. The hand piece creates a vacuum which draws the fat into the hand piece. By lowering the temperature to -6 degrees it pinpoints the content of the fat cells, causing them to crystallise. No other structures are affected by this process. The remaining content of the fat cells is then disposed of naturally through the lymphatic system.
On average you will see a 20%-40% reduction of the fat in the localised area. As the body takes several months to flush out the dead fat cells, results will be visible after 6-12 weeks.
What areas can be improved by Fat Freezing?
This treatment is best for targeting those stubborn areas that just won't shift. Typical areas ideal for Fat Freezing include inner thighs, lower abdomen and 'muffin tops', however we can provide a tailored treatment plan to provide you with the best possible results which may include combining 3D-Cryofreeze with other technologies as part of a treatment program. Two areas can be treated simultaneously.
Course
Only one treatment required per area.
After Care
Redness and bruising may occur after treatment for up to 1 month after treatment. Maintain your weight, eat a healthy balanced diet. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water/fluid to support your lymphatic system. Reduce your caffeine intake to no more than 2 cups a day, and also reduce your alcohol intake to 1 or 2 drinks per week.
This treatment is only appropriate for you if you are committed to living a healthy balanced lifestyle. This is not a quick fix to get rid of some fat so you can continue eating fast food and doing no exercise. This treatment is appropriate for an individual who lives a healthy lifestyle and is active, but is struggling to get rid of pockets of fat.
